We’re very sorry to hear that there’s been a mix-up. Please contact our support team by clicking HEREwith your order ID and pictures of the following:

  • Incorrect item (compulsory)
  • The received package's cover includes the detailed shipping label (compulsory in some cases)
  • Packaging (please keep the packaging until our support team resolves the issue)
  • Shipping label showing the tracking number 

Once you’ve sent this information to our support team, we will send you a replacement or refund your order.
